Water Weights lifeboat proof load testing systems have been specifically designed to meet regulatory requirements for an evenly distributed load.
Water Weights lifeboat bags allow ease of handling and transportation compared to solid weights or traditional sandbags especially in totally enclosed lifeboats.
Bags are available in CAA approved aluminium containers holding 50 bags each.
Remote System
This system is designed to remove remotely the test overload in instances where the winching system cannot recover the craft in its proof load condition.
Water Weights 375Kg lifeboat bags are filled in situ. On completion of the test the overload is removed by means of a remotely operated pump and manifold system.
